11:30 UTC: We've rolled out fixes to the majority of affected frames. If your frame is still experiencing an issue, try unplugging for 10 mins and plugging it back in. In the meantime, we will continue posting updates here.

22:30 UTC: Fix is being rolled out slowly to affected frames. Unplugging and replugging your frame from power may help to expedite the update process on your frame.

15:10 UTC: We have identified the issue and a fix is being deployed to correct the problem.

We’re aware of system issues affecting a number of Nixplay frames at present and are working on solving it soonest. No action, including powering off or restarting, is required on your part.
