Platform Outage Update

This issue has been fixed now. If you do encounter any issues, please contact our support team at support@nixplay.com.

We are sorry that earlier today we had a system outage due to heavy traffic that lasted about 1 hour. This affected several features of our platform. We have addressed the issue now. If you experienced any issues earlier, these should now be resolved. If you are continuing to have issues with your frame, please contact our CS team at support@nixplay.com and provide the serial number of your frame.
